This one-day training gives you everything you need to awaken your healing gifts and begin your Reiki practice with confidence. You will learn how to channel universal life force energy through your attuned hands, read and work with your own energy field and psychic senses, and offer Reiki healing to yourself and loved ones. With an ancient lineage behind you and your intuitive gifts activated, you leave this day knowing exactly who you are as a healer.

Empaths, old souls, and highly sensitive people who have always felt energy but never had a framework for it. Those who have been circling Reiki for months or years, knowing it’s meant for them. Anyone wanting to develop their psychic senses alongside a healing practice, as a foundation, not an add-on. What’s included?

Foundation (pre-course online theory module): what Reiki is and how it works, the three levels of the Usui Method, your permanent Reiki Level 1 attunement, the 21-day purification period, the Gokai (Five Reiki Principles), the history of Usui Reiki and your lineage, Gassho meditation and Reiji-Ho technique, the chakras and the eight main clair senses

Healing practice (on the day): the 18-position full-body hand sequence, the 13-position self-treatment sequence, Byosen sensing, consent and working principles, aura cleansing and grounding, hands-on practice giving and receiving Reiki, and aftercare guidance.

Intuitive gifts (woven throughout): Reiki as a doorway to psychic awakening, the 8 Clairs mapped to Reiki and soul purpose, chakras and soul purpose, Ikigai mapped to the practitioner’s path, and reflection/journal prompts.
