After the lushness of our first two family-friendly, relaxed outdoor daytime folk gig in the woods in May & July we're on a role to create more wholesome, relaxed acoustic music events in our beautiful mixed deciduous woodland that welcome all ages. Bring a picnic blanket or camping chair and BYO refreshments.

Local Folk Singer-Songwriter Holly Ebony is Known for agile vocals, poetic lyricism and heartfelt live presence. Likened to Sandy Denny, Joni Mitchell and Tracy Chapman but with a quality all her own, Holly's sound is heathery sweet & peaty raw as the Dartmoor landscape she hails from. Lover of the outdoors and insightful storyteller, her folkloric songs are inspired by the ecosystems around us and the creatures with whom we share it. Performing with scenic cellist, Clarissa Carlyon and nuanced drummer, Oli Haines bringing fulsome, sensitive musicality.

Are YOU keen to share a song? An open-mic song share opportunity is open to all ages for anyone who might want to perform a song, tune or spoken word piece in this beautiful, community environment. Contact Holly if you're keen, or just brave it on the day! Sit by the fire, play in the woodland playground, lounge in a hammock. This outdoors daytime gig among the birdsong and Spring canopy promises to be an uplifting event for all ages.
