Join us on the 3rd Friday of the month at 6:30pm -9pm, for an evening of self-care and drumming. Take the time to step out of the world and into yourself.

Enjoy a drum meditation, have the freedom and space to voice what you need to say and ask for want. Settle into trust as this gathering of women listen, nurture and support each other as we set our healing intention and drum.

Let the intuitive beats of the drums support and guide you to remember who you are.

Take a bit of time from 8:30 to 9pm to integrate and ground or simply chat with the women.

Drums are available to use. Booking is limited to 6 people and is £20.
