About

Do you ever get sick of being on your phone looking who-know-what only to never find it?

You put the phone down and somehow without choosing to you find yourself back on it- how did it happen?

You are not alone. A lot of us struggle to establish a positive relationship with our phones and other devises often spending more time glued to a screen what we really want to. And slowly but surely we pay the price of unwillingly giving our precious time and attention away in hope of connection, pleasure, some kind of satisfaction that is never fulfilled.

Phones are not evil in themselves is how we use them, how far we allow ourselves to be pulled into habits that are not that great for us and those around us. Buddhism offers practical solutions deepening our connection to ourselves and the world around us and it gives insights into the nature of how true fulfilment and satisfaction may be experienced, how we may live more fully.

Join Amalasiddhi in a short course looing at our relationship with technology and supporting each other develop healthier habits.
