About

Our voices carry the unique vibration and reflection of our inner selves. Yet they rarely get to move freely - quietened over years by culture, by circumstance, by the simple habit of holding back. This journey is an invitation for anyone who senses there's more to their voice and expression than they currently allow: more freedom, more authenticity, more depth and more joy.

Through movement, sound meditation, vocal play, and reflection, you’ll move beyond perfectionism and silence towards empowerment and connection - to ourselves, to each other and to the bubbling spring of inspiration flowing both within and without.

This isn't a performance course and it isn't singing lessons. Over five sessions, we will come together as women to connect and explore, building a rich, playful, embodied group practice.

Expect:

🌿 intuitive movement to awaken the body,
🌿 breath and nervous system regulating practices,
🌿 circle singing, creative risk-taking
🌿 a nourishing, energising practice within an intimate and supportive circle of women

Whether you sing professionally or simply long to sing and speak with more freedom, this journey will guide you to a deeper, richer relationship with your voice and with yourself.

What women say about it:

“Such a supportive and encouraging space to explore playing and feeling freer and safer to express myself”

"I have become more confident in using my voice, expressing myself in a group and taking creative risks."

“I've gained in confidence, with singing in public, and improvisation has helped with perfectionist tendencies and fear of getting it wrong.”

"It was a really safe space to play and to explore our voices together."

“Infused with joy!”

“Wonderful!”
