Constellation Journeys is a small, ongoing online group offering a spacious and supportive container for systemic constellation work.

Each session begins with a group constellation , followed by one participant receiving a personal constellation , while the others serve as representatives. Over the six months, each participant will have the opportunity to work with their own theme.

Personal constellations may explore issues related to relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, health, work, belonging, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck or out of place.

Using representatives (people, objects, or symbols), key elements of the system are placed in relation to one another. As the constellation unfolds, sensations, emotions, movements, and insights may arise, revealing how the system is organised and where tension or imbalance is present.

The facilitator supports the process with a light and attentive presence, allowing the system to guide its own reorganisation. Often, small shifts in position or a few simple sentences are enough to restore movement. The outcomes are rarely forced or predictable, but frequently bring a quiet sense of clarity and relief.

No prior experience with constellation work is required.
