This is a Vampire: The Masquerade (Revised) tabletop role-playing game Sabbat Chronicle.
It all starts with the player’s pack being summoned by Cardinal Strathcona to Toronto where he orders the their pack to go to Montreal, the City of Black Miracles, and help to strengthen the position of the newly appointed Archbishop Valez there.
