Dinner Table Economics

A loving dinner gathering is a map of a healthy economy. It exemplifies everything we need to know so we can build future systems where all are fed and welcome, and it shelters us in care & connection while we do so.

Join food justice advocate and economic systems healer Alex Bernat (they/she) for an approachable exploration of ancestral economic healing, liberatory cooperative models, and radical dreaming as we mobilize in solidarity with San Lazaro as residents secure a future for the neighborhood.

This event will take place at the Hawk's Nest, a house that hosts bi-weekly potlucks focused on creativity, community building, storytelling, etc.

6-7pm: Gathering and mingling 7-8pm: Conversation about Ancestral Economic Healing

If you are able, please bring a dish, side, and/or beverage to share!

We look forward to gathering in solidarity and abundance!
