What is an Inspiro Circle?
A Safe Sacred Space for you to process thoughts, feelings and emotions in and through the body in relational connection with your fellow life travellers.

The circle is non-hierarchical, inclusive of all
and spirals us deeper into truth and love.

The Process
~ We arrive together and gently drop in with some grounding presence. Bring a cup of tea and set your sacred space at home with candles, sage or whatever else you like.

~ We weave in our agreements for the space to bring the sacred structure to hold us and create a shared field of awareness.

~ We drop into guided meditation/breathwork/shamanic journeying to explore the topic and whatever wants to flow through in the moment.

~ We open the space for sharing, group process, hot seat spacetaking, emotional release, connection exercises and whatever else wishes to emerge in the sacred space.

~ We close with integration, final words and prayer.

A chance to slow down and feel the aliveness of you in connection to community.
