Let us welcome our inhibited playful selves while celebrating the joy of dancing together under the theme "Sweaty Bliss"

The entry point is a warm-up — but within it, there are movement games, explorations, and fun ways to develop new ways of moving outside our habitual patterns in space. Not only do we have a good time and start connecting with one another, we also become a little more aware of our movements and our possibilities.

The combination of the fun, stimulating, and energizing aspects of Inner Fire Movement (Embodiment Play) with the magical, thrilling and pulsatile sounds of a well crafted soundscape will take us on a sensational journey!

After satisfying our hunger to dance and have fun we complete the evening and integrate in a sound bath with soft and powerful guidance.

This winning blend of goodness has been fashioned to fortify our connection with one another as we create and experience ecstasy on the dance floor.

Come groove with your peeps, come squeal with delight, come discover what it is to co-create in movement, in sound and in heart.
