( 18+) Babe in arms welcome- We invite you to ask a partner, friend, lover, family member to support and tend to your bubba if possible so that you can fully drop in, if this is not possible, your bubba I am sure will bring their own magic.)

This is a gathering for women, this is a nourishing, expansive, nurturing day retreat, this is a homecoming, this is red thread activism.

This is awakening us to our power and the potency and necessity of us coming together- to anchor deeply into our bodies, our beings, our truth and sisterhood, to be the change we wish to see.

…are overwhelmed, infuriated, raging, shocked and passionate about the state of the world we live in.

… know the power women hold when they gather intentionally.

…understand that our bodies need oxytocin to thrive - This day is inspired by this hormones needs.

…will not let patriarchal structures dim their light or make them forget their inherent worth.

Intention

**I trust in the butterfly effect, I trust in ripples and chain reactions, i trust in women gathering, I trust in the ever unfolding mystery which reveals itself when we are in deep listening. I trust we are channels and when well resourced, nourished and nurtured and deeply connected, we can shift worlds. **

….

So we start small, we gather.

This isn't about taking on the weight of the world.

This is about inner safety, inner calm, truth, embodiment, connection and deeply anchoring into yourself again.

This is about letting yourself put down the weight you've been carrying and allowing the circle to witness you in this softening.

This is about tending to yourself with reverence and care.

The main focus of this first gathering is on supporting your body, your health, your nervous system and hormones.

In a world which contains many toxins that disrupt all of this it is our duty to self to take the time to replenish and tend to our most basic needs before trying to pour from an empty cup.

Devotional Touch Ritual 2025

In a world which is so fast paced we mustn't forget ;

_ **-That stillness brings clarity - ** _

Their weapon is teaching us that productivity = worth…
_Our antidote is stopping the hussle, sitting with what is and remembering another way. A cyclical matraichal way. _

_ **-That rest is essential - ** _

_The pace we live at has never existed. We aren't broken, we are trying to live at 100x the speed of our natural rhythms and the most brave thing to do is say f**k no, and rest. _

_ -That in boredom magic is born- _

_In the moments of nothingness, when we fully stop and have nothing on our mind, when we stop searching for something to fill our time, we stop scrolling, reaching for distractions - this is when the magic can reach us, the messages, the guidance, the bliss, the reason for it all. _

_ -That our bodies can only hold so much when we go at it alone- _

Trying to keep up with the news, politics, best water source, best food source, corruption, who to trust, who not to trust, how to get by… all by yourself will weigh on you far too much. When we hold it together, it's possible and gives space to deepen so much more into the truth and balance it out with beauty, love and connection.

_ -That out bodies are our guide and our wombs our anchor - _

_We hold the answers within us, we don't need to complicate it. _

Because our sensitivity is our gift, our birthright and our superpower.. And through numbing, hustle culture, being shamed and medicated for our intuition, deep feeling, deeply knowing and attunement to the unseen ... we've lost our connection to our deepest senses that anchor us in to body, earth, truth and our pleasure .. and in a time where the world feels a lot it would feel easier to stay numb and checked out. However I trust when we come together we expand our capacity to hold and know the truths whilst simultaneously opening ourselves to more joy, more pleasure, more depth and an unwavering connection to ourselves and the divine.

I am an Embodiment and parts work guide whose background is Embodiment counselling, Cyclical living, Inner child therapy, Parts work and Trauma informed care & counselling. I have been holding ceremonies, events and retreats for 7 years and am the creator of The Red Tent (A travelling red tent for those who bleed) I am passionate about supporting women back to their power.

Through ceremony, deep listening and witnessing, shadow work, exploring sacred sensuality, tantra and connecting deeply to our inner child & to our cyclical womby nature I continue to witness women deepen their relationship to themselves and their aliveness. I have and am still meeting new expansive, alive and juicy parts of myself everyday and so very grateful for all my mirrors. My intention is to create a super nourishing container for us to come together and fill up our cups through connection, meditation, stillness, movement, touch, delicious food and with many tools which I will share to help support our bodies and our nervous systems to thrive.

This work has called to me for many years. To hold ceremony for deep remembering that we are one heartbeat, one thread to weave one tapestry together. We are alive in a time of great awakening and change and also of great suffering and pain.

To hold these polarities without numbing or dissociating means we have to do it together. We have to return to the village and allow all that is not working to crumble, this takes many deaths and rebirths internally and will take us bravely stating our needs, boundaries, dreams and visions. To come home to ourselves is to come home to our power and our missions.

The mission to ripple to all missions is honouring ourselves, our bodies, our wombs, our sisters, our children, community and the land we stand upon.

We can sense something unwavering returning... and yet to hold this new world emerging, we need to hold ourselves and nurture our beings to set the new tone.

This is women remembering. It is the witches. It is the psychics, it's is the oracles who come together knowing that something is beckoning them inwards and down, to spiral deep into their own depths to meet their most vibrant, erotic, alive selves. Together we find ourselves, we find safety in our bodies, we nourish ourselves, we tend to the parts screaming for attention & we hold ourselves as we descend deep into our earthly core to be able to show up as the change makers and create the ripples we know we are here to make.
