Sunset Ecstatic Dance @ Highcliffe Beach

Hey fellow joyful dancer 🌺 ,

It is our pleasure to invite you to join us for a community celebration of summer and its beautiful long days and spectacular sunsets - through ecstatic dance and embodiment, followed by an optional fire with live music and flow jam until late.

** What is ecstatic dance?**

Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice where participants dance without choreography, instruction, or judgment. Held in substance-free environments, it serves as an active form of meditation designed to release tension, process emotions, and connect with oneself and others.

The dance will be guided via headsets which allows for free movement and dance around the beach.( yes, you can totally dip your toes in the water while dancing 💦)

Whatever your preferred form of free movement is, whether through embodiment, flow, or juggling, it is all welcome and we encourage you to share it with the community!
