**🌿 Get connected in Nature - Community Walk at Stanmer Park – Connect, Ground & Restore 🌿 **
Join us for a nourishing community walk in the beautiful Stanmer Park.
An opportunity to slow down, connect deeply with nature, and share space with like-minded souls in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A gentle, mindful walk through ancient trees and large open landscapes, offering the perfect chance to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the natural world.
Along the way, we’ll pause for a small guided meditation and some nature connection activities to connect with our environment, giving us time to reflect, share, and simply be. In a world that moves fast, spending time in nature is the medicine we often need, to ground, recharge, and gain clarity.
Walking together creates a space for conscious connection, where conversations flow naturally, and we can support and inspire each other. Come as you are: solo, with friends, or to meet new ones. This is a space for everyone, whether you're looking for movement, meaningful connection, or simply a breath of fresh air.
Please wear sensible foot attire, it gets muddy depending on the weather, and we won't be walking on paths the entire time. You are welcome to bring a flask of tea or something, but there is also a kiosk - which we will pass on the walk, if you wish to purchase something too.

YOUR GUIDE
Vicky Johnson

Vicky has been teaching meditation for 12 years, and has had the joy and honour of sharing the practice with thousands of people around the world - from primary school children to CEOs. She is Co-founder and Director of the award-winning community organisation Museum of Happiness which explores the science, art and spirit of authentic happiness. She has trained over 800 happiness and peace teachers globally, and is currently teaching pathways to happiness and inner peace at Brighton University.
At heart, Vicky is happiest meditating in nature with others. She believes that, in a world that constantly pulls our attention in a million different directions, it is more important than ever to step away from the internet, and reconnect more with our "inner net." Through cultivating a deeper relationship with ourselves, one another and the natural world, we remember that we are not separate from nature - we are apart of it.
Vicky is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, connect with the earth, evoke child like curiosity, rest in quiet presence, and tap into the wisdom within. From that place of connection, with self and others, she believes we naturally discover how we can best make a meaningful contribution in our own lives, for those around us and for the planet.
