I’d love you to join me outdoors on Friday!

We only get a few months of the year to do this and it’s so deeply nourishing.

We will circle with cacao and dance with the elements;

Feet on the earth, in the open air, beside a lake and accompanied by a fire.

You will be uplifted and expanded, centred and grounded, connected from body through to soul.

You are welcome to take a dip in the lake and explore the trees as you wish.

No drugs or alcohol please and we ask for the dance space to be kept free from chat.

This dance is with a full PA system, not headsets.

Please arrive in good time. It's important that we create the container for this experience together.
