About

A weekly yoga class, every Friday 7:45-8:45am.
At Warrior & Wild, Days Mill, Fountain St Nailsworth, GL6 0BL

Inspired by the rhythms of nature- the seasons, the lunar cycles and more, we flow through varying practices each week, cultivating flexibility and strength through breathwork, longer stretches and more fluid movement. All wonderfully balanced with the all important rest (savasana) at the end, leaving you feeling refreshed as we draw towards the weekend.

All are welcome, there are always options for everyone so if you’re a beginner or have any limitations/injuries that you need to be mindful of, you can still come along for a beautifully strong practice.

And it is really important to me that the class is welcoming and supportive, so even if I offer something that's a bit silly/strong, we can all have a good laugh about it as we give it a go!

Mats, blocks and props are provided.

You have the option to just book weekly as a drop in or you can buy a pack of classes which is valid from the first class used and then you have the time as stated to use them. These timings are extended over class breaks e.g. Christmas.

**NEW ** - you now have the option to book onto a monthly rolling membership. The best class value, no need to keep a check of number of classes left/booking in each week. Payment on here is for the first month and then it will move to direct debit (or can be standing order/bank transfer if preferred). This gives you a weekly class throughout the year, except for the Christmas break.

A bit more about me:

Bethan, a yoga, sound and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive.

She came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness world, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain, providing mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had.

Her discovery of sound healing, and then especially when re-discovering the drum, felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the performative world where you have to be “good at it”, instead opening this up for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes sound has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.

Whether a fluid flow, a restorative sound bath or an energising drumming circle, her offerings take deep inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, as Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water, way out in the countryside (likely lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury!
