About

Join us for a mindful Qi walk in the park, where movement, breathing, nature, and community come together in harmony. Under the sky, above ground, along with our fellow trees, we cultivate mindful awareness moment by moment, step by step, and explore living in balance with the natural rhythms of life.

As we warm up with Qigong, walk beneath the trees and across open space, we practice moving with ease rather than force, embodying Wu Wei — effortless action and flow. Through gentle movement in awareness and shared presence, we nurture stillness while moving, recognising our connectedness with one another and the living world around us.

Open to all ages and experience levels, Park Walk offers a welcoming space to slow down, listen deeply, energise the mind, body and heart, and discover how each step can become a practice of harmony, vitality, and belonging.
