_Join me for a restorative evening of gentle movement , breath and sound healing in our lovely space in Hindhead. _

This meditation and sound Journey creates a peaceful, supportive, and restorative space to slow down, rest, and reconnect to you.

  • Simple fascial stretches to bring the body into balance
  • Breath meditation to settle the nervous system
  • Sound journey using Tibetan sound bowls, gong and other soothing instruments
  • Finishing with a warming tea

These journeys are designed to help you pause from the busyness of life, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling calmer, and more restored.

Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

With over 14 years of experience working with the body, Sarah is a somatic practitioner and guide who helps people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and restore energy.
