Hi, I’m Angela.
I’m a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and an OSHO Reiki practitioner, devoted to supporting people on their journey of self-discovery, healing, and inner transformation.
My work is centered around creating safe, nurturing spaces where you can reconnect with your breath, your body, and your authentic self. Through conscious breathwork, I guide you in releasing stored emotions, reducing stress, and accessing deeper levels of awareness and clarity. This practice can be both gentle and powerful—meeting you exactly where you are.
Alongside this, I offer OSHO Reiki, a meditative and intuitive energy healing practice that works to restore balance and harmony within your body, mind, and spirit. It invites deep relaxation and helps awaken your natural capacity for healing.
I believe that true transformation happens when we feel seen, supported, and connected—to ourselves and to something greater. My intention is to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and expand into the fullest expression of who you are.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
A simple breathing practice - breathing in a continuous rhythm - no pause between breathes.
Breathing in this way can help you:
- Release emotions your body’s been carrying
- Calm your nervous system
- Ease stress + anxiety
- Reconnect to yourself
You’re usually lying down, with music and gentle guidance from a facilitator.
