A Monthly Women’s Circle
Join us for an intimate monthly gathering created for women who are longing to slow down, reconnect and simply be.
Held in the warmth and comfort of my home, Soul Sync Sisters is a safe and nurturing space where just 8 women come together each month to pause from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with themselves and one another.
Together we’ll share an evening of:
🌿 Herbal tea, snacks and connection
🌿 Grounding and relaxation
🌿 Sharing circle (always optional)
🌿 Guided hypnosis
🌿 Sound bath
🌿 Reflection and journaling
🌿 Monthly intention setting
This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone different.
It’s about giving yourself permission to pause.
To breathe.
To be heard.
To be held.
To reconnect with the woman underneath the responsibilities, expectations and busyness of life.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or simply craving genuine connection with like-minded women, this space is for you.
No experience is necessary.
Just bring yourself exactly as you are.
Spaces are limited to just 8 women currently each month to create a safe, intimate and supportive environment.
