Join us for an afternoon to move, breathe, reflect and connect in a safe and supportive space exploring our relationship with our bodies and movement in motherhood.
Share the joys and challenges of motherhood in a circle of mothers exploring body image, identity and movement alongside guided exercises designed to restore your confidence in yourself and your body.

Whether you are a first-time mother or adjusting to life with a new baby alongside older children this is a space for YOU.
What to expect:
Grounding breathwork
Gentle strength & movement
Guided reflection prompt with space to share as little or as much as you feel comfortable with
No fitness level needed. No pressure to ‘bounce back’. Just an invitation to come exactly as you are.
Whether you are a first-time mother or adjusting to life with a new baby alongside older children, this space is for YOU.
Pre walking babies welcome, a small selection of toys are provided. You are also welcome to make the most of some baby free time and come by yourself.The space is safe and supportive for feeding, soothing, changing, and simply being with your baby.
