About

**The Reclaimed Woman **

You love deeply.

Or you know you could.

But something has changed.

Maybe you’re in a relationship where intimacy has faded…
Sex has become rare, tense, or disappeared altogether.

Or you’re dating, open to connection—
but find yourself pulling back, shutting down, or losing trust when it starts to matter.

Different situations.

But often, the same experience underneath:

👉 something in you no longer feels safe enough to stay open in intimacy

** And the cost of that is real.**

Not just in your sex life.

But in your whole way of relating.

It’s about:

The things you don’t say
The needs you don’t express
The tension you carry in your body
The moments you disconnect instead of revealing your thoughts, your feelings, your fears.

The quiet question:
“Is intimacy even possible for me?”

Maybe you recognise yourself here:

You’re in a relationship but you have lost desire—or sexual intimacy feels pressured

You're solo but don’t feel the same openness or aliveness you used to feel when meeting new people

You feel disconnected from your body, your desire, or your authentic self

You open up for shortn moments—but can’t stay open

You’re tired of overthinking, analysing, or trying to “figure it out”

**You’re not the only one - read my client stories: **

Emma came to this work after years in a loving relationship— but no longer feeling desire.
She thought something was wrong with her.

What she discovered was not brokenness—
but a body that no longer felt safe to open.

Within weeks, she wasn’t forcing desire back—
she was feeling again.

Lina kept meeting men she liked—
but would shut down as soon as things got real.

She thought she had commitment issues.

What she found was a deeper fear of being fully seen.

Now, she’s dating from a place of grounded openness— not protection.

Sophie hadn’t felt connected to her body in years.

Sex felt like something she should want—
not something she actually desired.

Through this work, she stopped performing intimacy— and started experiencing it.

Reclaiming Intimacy is a 6-week journey to help you:

Reconnect with your body and your emotional truth

Understand why you’ve shut down—and how to gently reopen

Feel safe enough to want again

Clarify what intimacy actually looks like for you

Express your needs without collapsing or overcompensating

And begin shifting your relationship dynamic—from distance to connection

That’s where this work is different.

Over the past years, I’ve guided multiple courses and workshops in sacred sexuality—for individuals and couples.

And what I’ve seen, again and again, is this:

👉 Insight is not enough
👉 Techniques are not enough
👉 Even desire is not enough

What actually creates change is:

learning how to feel safe, honest, and present in your body—while staying connected to yourself in intimacy

**The 6-weeks journey: **

**Week 1 — Truth & Safety & Foundations of Body-centric work **

What’s actually happening in your intimacy?

We begin by naming what’s not working—without minimising or blaming - and explore the impact this has on a physical level.

We'll practice gentle breathwork, breast massage and how to connect to the feelings in your womb.

**Week 2 — Your Old Identity **

What shaped how you relate to closeness?

We explore your past experiences and the stories you tell yourself because of them to understand the patterns they created through the lense of attachment theory.

We'll practice inner child healing through your body.

**Week 3 — Mapping your Intimacy landscape **

You’ll identify what turns you on—and what shuts you down, understand how to work with these, and begin reclaiming your preferences and voice.

You’ll learn more about Tantric Sex, your Erotic Blueprint, the importance of intention, ritual space and how to honour the divinity in you in your self-pleasure practice.

We’ll practice self-pleasure - the tantric way.

**Week 4 —Permission to Desire and Orgasm **

We move into your emotional and sexual desires—not as pressure, but as truth.

You’ll explore what you need to feel safe to open and to orgasm in the most intimate and profound ways.

We’ll practice the three ingredients to orgasm.

Week 5 — What’s Blocking You

What part of you is holding you back?

Instead of forcing change, we meet the parts of you that protect you.

You’ll learn how to work with fear, resistance, and subconscious patterns—so they don’t control your choices.

We’ll practice how to gently release trauma and fear from your body.

**Week 6 — Identity shift to Reclaimed Woman **

Through a rites of passage ritual, you’ll cross the threshold from your old self to your new identity.

You’ll learn how to express your needs, initiate real conversations, and begin showing up differently in intimacy.

Not perfectly—but honestly, grounded, and connected to yourself.

**BONUS Call - Integration and Celebration **

We’ll meet one more time to give you an opportunity to integrate the experience, the shifts, and celebrate the actions you have taken

By the end of these 6 weeks, you will:

Experience an identity shift from fear of being open to reclaiming yourself as a woman

Have experienced being more loving and present in the ways you are touching and being intimate with yourself

Feel more at home in your body

Have learnt and embodied liberation techniques that will support you for the rest of your life.

Reconnect with your deepest desires and reclaim your voice to express them.

Feel more confident expressing it

Have tools to bring this into your relationship or dating life

Begin creating intimacy that feels real, not forced
