About
Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space devoted to connection, reverence and love. This immersive, one day workshop invites couples to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover the beauty of truly seeing and being seen by each other.
Through guided practices, conscious communication, touch, movement and shared ritual, you’ll be given the opportunity to honour each other’s needs, desires, boundaries and longings with presence and care.
Together you will:
- Cultivate deeper emotional and physical connection
- Learn practices for expressing desires with clarity and compassion.
- Explore ways to appreciate and “worship” one another in everyday life.
- Strengthen trust, intimacy and mutual understanding
- Create space for authenticity, playfulness, tenderness and devotion.
This workshop is designed for couples who don’t take each other for granted but who are willing to make space to explore intimacy and experience each other with renewed appreciation and openness.
No previous experience is needed - only a willingness to arrive with curiosity, honesty and heart.
WHY GROUP EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING IS EFFECTIVE
Couples learn best when they can experience new ways of relating together. Talking about connection is very different from feeling, practicing and reflecting on it in a safe, guided space. Experiential exploration allows partners to move beyond old scripts and turn concepts like safety, trust, boundaries and desire into lived, embodied experiences and through this, we believe, real transformation is more likely to happen. We believe also that there can be valuable learning from hearing and witnessing other couples in their experience.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- No explicit sexual touch or nudity. All practices are clothed and guided.
- A series of exercises (some involving non-sexual touch over clothes) only performed as a couple
- Some group discussion
- Food will not be provided. At lunchtime, people are welcome to bring food that can be shared as a group.
- The venue has a small spa which is available for booking (as a two hour slot) after the workshop has ended.
