SCHEDULE:
Friday:

5pm - 9pm: Lecture on Kundalini and Tantric Meditation

Saturday:

10am - 1pm: Open up your energetic body through movement and breathwork

1pm - 2:30pm - Lunch

2:30pm - 5:30pm - Energetic Sex

Sunday:

10am - 1:30pm: Kundalini and Tantra Massage

1:30pm - 5:30pm: Kundalini and group meditation

NOURISHMENT FOR BODY AND SOUL:

Friday dinner : Optional and self-funded at a nearby restaurant — a casual chance to connect and ground. NB: During the day - Light snacks and refreshments provided

Saturday : Nourishing, conscious meals provided by a local food van
