Reset & Rejuvenate: A Sound Bath with Amazonite Griffin
Ready to clear the mental clutter and start your week with a clean slate?
Let's dive in for an immersive sound bath designed to help you recalibrate, heal, and find your centre.
This session is all about the art of letting go. We’ll be creating a space where the resonance of sound washes away the stress of the daily grind, harmonising your nervous system and quieting the mental noise. Step out of the "hustle" and into a state of deep peace, leaving your mind refreshed and your spirit grounded.
The Journey
The Focus: Deep healing, mental clarity, and an energetic reset.
The Vibe: Pure tranquillity. No to-do lists, no distractions—just a dedicated few hours for your well-being.
The Result: Feeling light, centred, and completely ready to take on the week ahead.
Why Sound Healing? Sound therapy works at a cellular level to shift your brainwaves from a state of "doing" to a state of "being." It’s the ultimate shortcut to a meditative state, perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed or stuck in their head. Space is limited to keep the energy intimate and focused.
Where: We'll meet at the Earthen Holistics Shop from 5:30pm for Cacao or Herbal Tea, then we'll walk over to Studio 2, which is only a few steps away.
When: July 21st, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (meet at the Shop from 5:30pm for Cacao or Herbal Tea)
Exchange: £15 (early bird tickets £12 available until June 23rd)
What to bring: Wear your comfiest clothes! We recommend bringing a yoga mat and blankets for maximum comfort and warmth.
