TALKBACK: Joins us after the film on September 30 for a Talkback with Charles Steinberg, MD. Steinberg is a Boulder physician specializing in HIV/AIDS. He is the founder of the Beacon Clinic at Boulder Community Hospital and of Wellspring holistic clinic. He spent seven years working on the front lines of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Kampala, Uganda helping train African doctors and nurses. His volunteer medical work has also taken him to Tijuana, where he cared for migrants and refugees as well as to fighting Ebola in Sierra Leone. He has also worked in Myamar, Ukraine, Ethiopia, Romania, and other countries around the world in times of crisis and need.
