PEN Parenting Book Group: "The Anxious Generation" - Register

Adults and older teens - join us for a four-session book discussion with the Parent Engagement Network (PEN), focused on "The Anxious Generation" by Jonathan Haidt.

Explore how childhood has shifted from play-based to phone-based and discuss the effects of this change on children’s mental health and social development. Facilitator: Leticia Abajo, Founder, Deshaciendo Nudos. Untangled Participants will be creating a family plan to reduce screen time and support youth.
