About
This Foraging & Herbalism Retreat is a nourishing gathering that helps you to bring the wild within. Through daily foraging walks, hands-on workshops & nature infused living. You’ll learn practical skills, gain experiential knowledge that lasts and you'll deepen your understanding of the land in a way that feels grounded, full of wonder and is deeply restorative from the modern hustle.
I'm not about doing everything alone, so I create these gatherings to bring people together, to meet in the wild edges, to get our hands involved, to share in all the experiences so that learning is collaborative, meaningful and more than just acquiring knowledge but memories and lasting impact.
In a world that drives synthetics, falsity & disconnection, we're here to put our hands on what's real, alive and bring us back to ourselves and each other.
This Retreat Is Designed To:
𐫱 Restore & rejuvenate your energy away from the digital world of stimulation & modern hustle culture through the pure medicine of nature.
𐫱 Strengthen your sense of belonging, safety & harmony with the wild through awareness, observation & experience.
𐫱 Return you to an ancient skill, practice and art that is cathartic, rewarding & a remedy to life's complexity & overwhelm.
𐫱 Give you the practical and quiet confidence to take agency over your own health, nutrition & wellbeing.

Domnu Valley is set within 100 acres on the edge of Exmoor National Park, a Dark Sky Nature Reserve & the rugged North Devon Coast. A creative and regenerative co-living project, home to a small community and retreat centre started in 2024. You will be tucked away in the peaceful Wild Willow Meadow Glamping which consists of 10 bell tents, a large fireside tipi, a compost toilet and a hot eco shower fed by spring water. This eco nature retreat is stripped back with rustic charm amongst the grade II listed residential farmhouse, watermill & outbuildings. It's a very special place that is experimenting a more soulful way of living through community, creativity & nature
