This workshop is a space for you to come as you are, connect deeply with your heart and sink into the present moment. Supported by an authentic, loving community and a delicious cup of sacred cacao. What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon? 🥰☕

The Singing:

There is something incredibly healing and connecting about joining our voices together in communal singing. It is an ancient community practice that I think we need more of in today's world. When we sing, we alchemise stuck energy into flow, we open ourselves up, we weave our hearts into connection with ourselves and others. If you haven't experienced this before, I welcome you to find out for yourself just how impactful this can be. No matter your relationship to your voice, know that it is beautiful and so welcomed in this circle!

The Sharing:

The sharing circle is where we come together in presence and drop our masks. This is the part where we get real, share as little or as deeply as we feel called to, and is an opportunity to connect with each other and whatever is alive in us.

The Cacao:

Sacred Cacao is widely known as the heart medicine. This beautiful, powerful plant beverage will support us in opening up our hearts, connect deeper within, and listen to the messages it has for us. Cacao is also known to love being sung to, so it ties beautifully in with our singing circle!

The Meditation:

We will drop into meditation to ground ourselves and listen deeper to what wants attention in our bodies, souls and minds.

What to bring/wear:

• Water to stay hydrated.
• A journal & pen.
• Comfortable clothing.

About your facilitator:

Hi, Ellinor here. I am a Swedish-born, London-based workshop facilitator with over a decade's experience in meditation, somatic practices, and group facilitation (including Buddhist meditation, yoga, tantra, shamanic traditions, and ceremonial work). I integrate ancient wisdom and modern practices in my work to create safe, transformative spaces for healing and personal growth. I am trauma-informed and always aim to create the most supportive and loving environments as possible.
