Join us in the energy of the full moon to connect to the heart through the medicine of cacao, somatic embodiment, meditation and sound.

I hold sacred space for you to soften, feel, listen & receive. Creating the silence needed to hear the unstruck sound of your own heart & the rememberance of your true internal radiance.

This ceremony is an opportunity to experience the full illumination of WHAT IS and WHAT IS NOT - and your ability to accept it ALL and empty into the void, aided by the energetics of the moon & the cosmos, the heart medicine of Mother IXCACAO, emodied movement, sound & noble silence.

The Pink Full Moon isn’t about the colour in the sky, instead it reflects what’s happening on the Earth: the quiet, natural return of life after quite frankly, what feels like the longest period of Winter I can personally recall. Signs of spring wildflowers begin to blanket the ground, symbolising renewal & blossoming.

April represents the moment when potential turns to action, when what was once only an idea or intention starts to take shape via growth.

Sun and Moon oppose one another in Aries and Libra: the axis of self (Aries) vs others (Libra). Libra is built on healthy relationships, communication, and community. With the ever increasing dependence on AI, real social and emotional intelligence are becoming increasingly rare.

Who will teach the youth to be human?

Will you be a torchbearer for embodied wisdom?

Are you meeting your own needs in order to keep the whispers of the heart loud enough?

The full moon in Libra asks us to review our relationships to self, others, work, love, and everything in between?

This full moon falls post mercury retrograde so things should already be feeling a lot more copacetic. Libra’s voice is calm and clear, helping us to exit toxic situations and lean into our intuition.

Key Themes: Forward Movement ~ Possibility ~ Optimism ~ Patience ~ Growth

We will first open our hearts with Cacao, followed by a grounding Kundalini Kriya and a the Kabadshe Meditation; Antar Naad Mudra. This practice combines very powerful chanting with celestial communication to open the flow of Kundalini energy.

The Kabadshe meditation brings focus to the inner sound current. It is the base of all mantras. It brings peace, security and the wisdom to make the right choices in life. Anyone who practices this meditation is granted prosperity, creativity and protection. It gives new power to your words!

We will conclude the evening immersed in sound as I take you on a journey with my voice alongside various instruments.
