Spring Reset: Conscious Connected Breathwork & Authentic Relating

As we move into spring, this is your invitation to slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself.

This 2 hour workshop brings together conscious connected breathwork, authentic relating and gentle integration to help you release tension held in the body, calm your nervous system and create space for clarity and ease.

Through guided breath, music and simple connection exercises, you’ll be supported to drop out of your head and back into your body. Many people experience a sense of emotional release, deep relaxation and a feeling of being more grounded and present.
This is a safe and supportive space. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to show up as you are.

What to expect:
A gentle arrival and grounding
Simple connection exercises to help you feel at ease
A guided breathwork journey
Time to rest, integrate and share if you’d like

Small group to keep the space personal and supportive
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.

About your facilitator:
Chanel is a breathwork facilitator with a background in physiotherapy and trauma informed bodywork. Her work brings together physical, spiritual and nervous system based approaches to support both body and mind, creating a space where you can safely release and reconnect.
