Gentle, mindful movements informed by dance and martial arts principles set to beautiful global soundscapes.

Adaptable to your body and level of intensity you desire - learning to tune in to your body's way.

🏛 We build the routines over 4 weeks but drop-ins are also fine as Nia choreography is designed to be easy to follow.

I'm certified to teach you this very special Nia Technique. It's not your average fitness class!

The choreography is simple but versatile and expressive to an inspiring playlist of music across all genres.

We increase awareness of our bodies and prioritise what feels good. We also use guided free dance to really get out of our heads and into our bodies, finding new ways to move and breaking habits.

Suitable for all levels so ideal for gently getting moving, right up to those wanting a sweaty workout. No experience needed.

We work on personalising movement and allowing you to adjust the range of movement at any point during class.

Each session is a drop in stand alone class so there is no commitment needed but after experiencing this unique activity you may wish to come back for more to take a deeper dive!
