About

3 musicians will do Indian Classical Music. We sometimes think classical music is boring but Indian Classical has all aspects where it is getting played with highest rhythm with Indian Drum called Tabla, also sometimes it is more soft with devotional and spiritual aspects.

First two pieces will be pure classical to know and understand it's beauty. But later the musician will include some of your known tunes so that you related and join with them. The concert will be interactive and informative with explanations and you will be welcomed to ask questions and join with their music.

Indian Food: you might get a variety of food in Indian Restaurant but here you will be getting the food of a home in India what you cannot find in any restaurant.

Polao : flavorful rice , steamed rice mixed with aromatic spices like Cinnamon, Cardamom, cloves and offcourse a hint of Safron, mixed with milk and dry fruits finishes with a touch of ghee(clarified butter) and rose water.(we will also have vegan option where we use oil in place of Ghee and soy milk in the place of milk)

Dal: the meat substitute for Indians the source of protein. Mixed lentils mixed with spices and turmeric & cumin. Finishes with the Tarka ( a cooking style where sweet paprika powder, Asafoetida and black pepper added in boiling oil, and then the mixer is poured over the dal and sealed. It gives a smoky, spicy but mildly strong journey in food.

Pumpkin chickpeas curry: simple food little bit sweet texture for pumpkin, less spicy brought in perfection with the use of fennel. Pumpkin and chickpeas. Exactly the local village food what they eat with rice before going to work.

Egg Korma: A creamy sauce with boiled eggs inspired of Mughal cooking. The sauce is made of cashew nut powder and yogurt. Ended with fried onions serves as 1 piece of egg along with a one piece of potato.
