About

This guided online session weaves gentle somatic movement , oral myth telling, feeding the myth with reflective discussion, journaling and meditation into a grounded and embodied experience.

Through gentle movement we release held tension and reconnect with the bodies intelligence.

Through myth, we fire the imagination- exploring archetype, shadow and the deeper subconscious shaping our lives.

Through discussion we feed the myth and ourselves , journaling for our own hearts giving language to anything that unfolds.

Through meditation we integrate - stilling, grounding and harmonising what has been stirred.

An invitation to explore and get to know ourselves a little better. Our myth workshop invites you into an ancient practice- listening, reflecting, and discovering how these timeless narratives still illuminate the inner landscapes we navigate today.

The somatic movements are gentle and soothing - have space to lie down with cushion and a blanket to hand .

Get settled and comfortable to absorb a traditional myth. Oral myths are more than stories - they are psychological tools humans have used for thousands of years .Myth gives symbolic shape to universal experiences allowing us to explore.

Enjoy group discussion of the myth- we will all find different treasure in the story.

Journal if you would like to.

Finish with a gentle guided meditation - soothing and integrating the experience.

There is no expectation, no right no wrong just a time to see what happens for you.

Come as you are , bring your curiosity and find a little more of you.

**You will leave with: **

A regulated nervous system

Greater clarity around your shadow and inner patterns

A sense of connection of mind, body and soul

Practical tools you can return to.

About us :

Juliet Johnson ; I was a Registered General Nurse for most of my adult life and fifteen years ago I retrained as a yoga teacher. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for twelve years , in groups and as one to one for mobility , rehabilitation and mental health . My fascination with myth is lifelong and as a foster carer and home educator I saw the incredible healing magic of oral story telling. By weaving these experiences together we find a whole system connection and awareness.

Nick Vidal-Hall; With a background as a co-counselling teacher and over 20 years as a homeopath , I have long explored the connection between wellbeing, energy and personal growth. Having studied a range of healing approaches, I now combine reiki and guided meditation in my work as a professional photographer, helping people relax , connect with their positivity and step into a clear vision for the future.
