You don’t need any previous experience to participate in this introduction for beginners.

Your intention to authentically be more of yourself, is in itself more than enough. That naturally brings value to the whole group experience.

Somehow it’s become socially conditioned to hold back, hide, or talk away what we actually feel.

In this practice we simply slow down enough to tune in, together. Trusting curiosity, and that longing for genuine contact. Daring to be vulnerable. And real.

✨ You will learn keys to feeling your body more, with presence as the anchor.

✨ You will learn keys to honest and intimate communication, and deep listening, which brings trust, safety, and connection, to your relationships.

💬 In a small group that meets on Zoom, you will have the chance to practice these keys, according to your needs and at your own pace.

☀️ The positive side effects of this practice are multiple:

⚡️A deeper self-connection. The art of finding your boundaries, instead of losing yourself.

⚡️A greater ability to name and realize your needs and desires. For example, to be seen, heard, and understood.

⚡️A greater capacity to feel your feelings with presence.

⚡️A higher capacity to handle conflicts, or difficult-to-navigate relationship issues.
