About
Join us at Reimagine Co. to build a full Mediterranean spread from scratch. This session focuses on pulling together a satisfying, protein-packed meal using fresh herbs, grains, and a few clever kitchen techniques that don't require a stove. We’ll work together to create a professional-looking platter that’s easy to recreate at home on a budget.
Date: Wednesday, April 22, 2026
Time: Doors open at 5:45 PM, workshop begins at 6:00 PM
Location: Reimagine Co., London, Ontario – https://reimagineco.ca
At Grow Cook Learn, we believe that healthy eating looks different for everyone. This is a judgment-free space where all bodies, backgrounds, and skill levels are celebrated. We focus on food neutrality and the joy of building skills as a community.
Kids are absolutely welcome! Please keep in mind that the workshop begins with a short interactive presentation that involves a sitting period. During the food preparation portion, knives will be used. We expect all participants to follow safe food handling practices as we will be sharing the preparation space and tools. We are happy to make accommodations to ensure the best experience for you and your family—please let us know if you require any specific arrangements when you register.
Reimagine Co. offers an accessible venue for all participants. Limited free parking is available onsite in the lot. Paid parking is available across the street — please note it’s privately owned and ticketing is enforced for violations — and there is an additional paid parking lot one building past Reimagine Co., towards Richmond Street. Some lots and parking spots may offer a 2 hour discount on the Honk app using the promo code “CORE”.
The London Community Resource Centre (LCRC) is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to building community through food education and security. Grow Cook Learn is one of LCRC’s core programs, offering hands-on cooking workshops that promote nutrition literacy, foster community connections, empower individuals, and build confidence in the kitchen.
