This spring workshop offers a deeply restorative and quietly powerful space to reset, guided by Dayna’s dedicated study of the Five Element theory within Qigong and her gentle, informed approach to seasonal balance.

Working with the Wood element spring’s energy of growth and direction

the focus rests on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians.

Through soft, seasonally designed qigong,
