A playful, tantric exploration workshop for building deeper trust, attraction and presence with your partner.

This is a workshop for:

• Couples who want to deepen their connection, or
• Singles who are looking for deeper connections as they navigate the dating world.
  _For singles: You can bring a date or a close friend to practice with, or attend solo. The workshop will be adapted for both scenarios. _

Introduction:

After being a student and teacher of tantra for over a decade, I sat down and thought long and hard about what it is I really want to bring to this space. And here we are. This space brings together what I consider to be the most valuable insights and core principles of the practice in a way that is welcoming, approachable, but also a bit edgy and vulnerable. Enough to help you grow and stretch into the partner and person you want to become.

This workshop is like my love letter to tantric practice.

About the workshop:

The energy exchange between you and your partner is like an unspoken dance that is constantly happening between you. It is full of information, full of clues and full of signals of how your partner longs to connect. With practice, you can develop sensitivity to this energetic language, in the same way you can learn the steps of a dance, or any new skill.

When we are not sensitive to the energetic expression of our partner, we “miss” them. We misunderstand, we get confused, and we often end up disconnected or resentful as a result. We often end up exhausting ourselves by spending energy in the wrong place.

When we are sensitive to the energetic expression of our partner however, we build deeper trust, attraction and presence with them. This adds flavour and depth to our relationships, because it allows for real growth and exploration of one another. When we understand the language of energy, or the language of the “unspoken”, we are able to listen deeper to what is actually being expressed. We become less distracted by the words, and more in-tune with their hearts and souls.

In this way, we can respond to our partners in a way that speaks to their deepest longings, and help them feel seen. It’s from here we can learn to fully surrender and show up in our partnerships, with the intimacy and trust we often long so deeply for.

It's not easy to live alongside another human being and not stumble. This workshop is not about learning how to be “perfect”, but simply exploring what is possible, how to go deeper, and show up more fully. Not just in just your relationship, but for yourself, and life in general.

It matters to me that you are comfortable and feel at ease during the workshop. You never have to participate in anything you don't want to. As always, I will do my absolute best to make this workshop as welcoming, relaxed and fun as possible. This is a space to drop into exactly as you are. The more real and honest you are with yourself where you are truly at, the deeper we can listen, and the more you will get out of this.

What to bring/wear:

• Water to stay hydrated.
• Journal and pen (you will get handouts as well).
• Wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement.

We will explore:

• How loud energy/the unspoken speaks
• How to sense and read between the lines of communication (energetic language)
• Embodiment
• Energetic polarity
• How to show up and nurture yourself
• How to show up and nurture your partner
• Playful, energetic touch
• Current relationship dynamics and reoccurring patterns
