We warmly invite you to this beautiful ceremony crafted by Lani Rocillo, sharing an evening of deep healing through our breath, supported by sacred cacao and sound journeying.

Join us in a safe vessel to experience the healing and the transformative power of primordial breath .Together we will explore the natural and profound capacity of breath to dissolve trauma deeply held in the cellular memory.. Release from within your being layers of inherited and societal conditioning that gets in the way of well being and realising a more loving, creative and abundant life.

The practice will be supported by the plant medicine Cacao and a harmonizing sound immersion.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork is the practice of using intentional, controlled breathing to positively affect our body and mind . Pr acticing breathwork is a powerful aid in re-centering to the present moment and awakens our remembrance of our fundamental nature.

Benefits of Breathwork :

• Reducing stress, anxiety, and anger by initiating the body’s relaxation response

After the practice, we will flow into a deep meditative journey in harmonising sound a beautiful sharing circle and to further support integration.

HARMONISING SOUND IMMERSION

A deep meditative journey in harmonising sound of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bolws, Shamanic Drums, Light Language and Grounding Percussions. Facilitating an intimate softening into stillness, peace and radiant state of being.

SACRED CACAO CEREMONY

The ceremony will involve a sacred cacao ceremony, where we drink a rich brew of the plant Cacao. A plant medicine that powerfully opens the heart and attunes us to our feeling body - restoring emotional balance, heightening the intuitive and sensory perception and freeing creative expression.

The Cacao we will be communing with comes from Guatemala, lovingly grown and shared by the guardians of the Tz´utujil Mayan tribe
