About
Whether you are new to breathwork and curious, or have practiced many times before, this two-hour breath ceremony offers a supportive space to drop beneath the noise of daily life and reconnect to your body, our mind and move blocks and stuck energy - a perfect spring reset!
This ceremony uses the Holosomatic Breath to guide you inward, inviting a gentle release of what's been held through the winter and a natural awakening of energy and aliveness.
The breath knows where to go, what needs to be moved from within. With each conscious inhale, the body begins to wake and connect. With each exhale, it softens into trust. No need to analyse or push, simply breathe, and let the rest follow.
You'll be held throughout by a carefully curated playlist of music, embodiment practices, and the presence of your facilitator, Lizzie. Bodywork is available during the journey if you would like.
What to expect:
This two-hour session offers a caring space to reconnect with yourself and your feelings through breathwork, somatic practice, meditation, and relaxation. We begin with gentle somatic practice or meditation to help prepare your mind and body for the breath journey. Bring anything you need to feel comfortable to lie down for up to 1 hour. Your facilitator, Lizzie, will guide you through the breath journey, offering gentle prompts and support, all the while carefully curated playlist of music holds you as you move through the experience. Afterwards there is time for landing, reflection and peaceful creative integration of your insights from the journey.
Safety, care and full presence are woven through every moment.
No experience needed - just a willingness to breathe.
Participants share that they leave a breathwork session feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves and others.

Trained in Holosomatic Therapy and meditation, I love to create caring spaces where you are free to feel without judgement or pressure. Whatever you may be carrying emotionally or physically, this session invites you to relax and breathe into a greater sense of freedom to be you!
I look forward to meeting you and holding this space for you to journey with the breath!
