Butoh happens somewhere in a space where anatomy, multi-sensory orchestrated poetry and imagination meet. Bringing this dance practice into the wild nature of Dartmoor will bring us into a more intimate relationship with the wild artistic desire of our own being.
Sharing this exploration in the form of a theatre for all the senses will be our offering, so it may strengthen this aspect in each one of us, also in the moss and the water, the rocks and the wind.

This workshop includes day hikes into magical moor landscape where we will dance with moss, trees, wild ponies, rivers, wind and weather.
Warm up sessions happen in the dome on a beautiful wildflower meadow. We will be camping with own gear and cooking collectively.

Limited accommodations, tent and bedding hire, caravan and house are available by request.
