Conscious Dance | Freeform Movement

As well as Saturday Night dance (this week with Rosie) we are also opening the doors to regular bi-weekly Sunday morning dances just outside of Frome!

March feels like a sweet time to kick them off at Tri.Arts Dance Academy just outside of Frome especially after the success of DJ Natty's Sunday dance in early Feb.

Imagine a space where you walk in and immediately feel that whatever is moving in you - joy, grief, restlessness, hope - is welcome. Held by the music. Held by the collective of people. Held by the simple permission to move freely. We are lucky to have bunch of beautiful volunteers to bring this together and a great PA system to deliver the sounds!

Practicals

• Plenty of parking
• Please don't arrive any later than 11am
• Come earlier to settle in and check out the space
• We have a chill out room downstairs for chatting
• Upstairs on the dance floor please respect a chat free space
• Bring layers for sweating and for cooling down
• Water bottle
• Cacao tbc

• Dance finish: 12.40 pm
• Finish finish 1pm
