This immersive experience blends ceremonial cacao with guided headphone breathwork so you can journey inward without distraction. Inside your own private soundscape, you soften the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with what feels true.

In this 5 Elements journey we move through Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Each element mirrors a part of your inner world. Stability, emotion, courage, expansion, and awareness. As we breathe with each one, you are invited to release tension, restore balance, and access new clarity.

Through cacao, visualisation, and intentional breathing practices you will:
• clear emotional weight
• awaken fresh perspective
• reconnect to your body
• deepen self trust
• feel grounded and energised

The headphones allow you to stay fully immersed while still held safely in a shared group field. You remain in your own bubble yet supported throughout.

We close with gentle integration so the experience lands softly and the insights stay with you beyond the session.

This is a calm but powerful journey. A space to feel, breathe, and realign with the natural intelligence within you.

As a yoga and breathwork teacher since 2021, I’ve mastered the art of helping people breathe—literally and figuratively. Whether it’s through soulful women’s circles, yoga retreats, or one-to-one sessions that sometimes feel like a mix of therapy and magic, I create spaces for profound transformation.

Breathwork isn’t just about relaxation; it’s a game-changer. It’s the secret weapon for making big decisions, staying laser-focused, and breaking through those invisible walls that hold you back. A single intentional breath can shift your perspective, reset your energy, and bring clarity when life feels overwhelming.

With a Breath Master certification in my toolkit and psychology studies fuelling my curiosity, I know a thing or two about how minds (and tantrums—thanks to motherhood) work. As a crisis line volunteer, I’ve also learned that sometimes, all we really need is someone who listens without suggesting yoga for everything 😉

Anaïs believes in infusing ritual and ceremony into community spaces to support collective healing. She draws spiritual guidance from her deep connection with plant allies like rose, blue lotus, mugwort, and cacao.
