About

For soul seekers, nature lovers, walkers, inner journeyers, those curious how to deepen connection with the natural world

An incredible opportunity to slow down and reconnect — with nature, with others, and with your own soul. The forest walks and sharing circles were deeply grounding and inspiring and the space was held beautifully by the facilitation team. — Pilgrimage of Soul participant, 2025

Do you want to experience the wild outer landscape as a mirror for your rich and unseen inner world?

Over this weekend we will:

  • Access a realm of consciousness through myth, story, dreams, deep imagination, creativity and walking the land.
  • Explore the terrain of soul through the myth and storytelling of our ancestors who once inhabited these wild Suffolk lands.
  • Quiet immersion in the natural world, in ancient oak woodland, river estuary and coastline.
  • Cultivate a safe community container through sharing around a fire and supporting one another's journey.

This is for anyone curious about connecting with nature beyond the rationale mindset of facts and knowledge, but connecting via their inner landscape of soul.

As we go, we will access a realm of consciousness so rarely honoured in today's society - what we call 'Soul'. We will rely less on our rational mind and engage with our imagination. As our ancestors did, we will use dreams, fairy tales, poetry and nature to take us out of our rational mind and drop us deeper into a reality full of meaning and aliveness. Throughout human history the soul has been acknowledged and honoured. Indigenous peoples around the world speak of the malady of soul loss, which could point to the general malaise in our culture. Western culture, in fact, insists soul doesn't even exist in most of the world. This weekend will reawaken that part of ourselves that is still there.

The pilgrimage involves two days of walking, covering around 10km each day, with plenty of stopping time for activities and reflection. We will have a 2-night camp set up at Wantisden Park, gathering there on the Friday where we will prepare ourselves for the walk and share delicious food together. Our route will take in two circular routes from the camp, so we will be back early evening on Saturday to be met with dinner and we will share stories and music around the campfire.

Places are limited so if you would like to take part in this very unique and transformational journey through Suffolk's ancient landscape, please see secure your place now.

A really heartfelt, safe experience where I was guided to explore deeper among a group of beautiful souls and the holding land. I would certainly recommend this experience to anyone who feels they need to reconnect and take some time — Pilgrimage of Soul participant, 2025
