About
Join the Hystelica team in London on Sunday, February 15, for an immersive live experience that brings together neuroscience, physiology, and somatic practice. Led by Dr. Grace Blest-Hopley, Lana Porter, and Coral Yaron- this session will explore what it means to live in a female body from a biological and nervous-system perspective: how hormonal cycles shape perception, stress, and emotional regulation, and why grounding practices matter.
The educational component will be followed by a guided breathwork journey led by Lana Porter and a crystal bowl sound bath led by Coral Yaron, offering space to integrate learning through direct embodied experience. Together, these practices support regulation, presence, and connection to the body across changing seasons.
Designed as both informative and experiential, this event offers a calm, supportive environment to learn, slow down, and reconnect on a cold winter afternoon.
No prior experience required. This event is for female bodied participants.
