**A deeply nourishing valentines gift to yourself ** - with sensory rituals, and nourishing techniques, supporting you to slow down, soften, and return home to yourself.

​Many women carry tension and unprocessed experiences in their bodies, often experienced as fatigue, numbness, anxiety, pain or tightness in the hips, abdomen, back. pelvis, shoulders, neck, and jaw. These experiences can create unconscious patterns, blocks, and stress that prevent us living in our full vitality.

This retreat offers the tools and guidance to release these patterns, reconnect with your energy, and nourish your body, heart, and mind.

Together we will Explore:

Somatic Energy Awareness – Learn how to understand, release, and manage your powerful life force energy, and reconnect with your inner guidance.

Navel, Abdominal & Body Release – Guided self-massage and fascial release techniques for the hips, naval, pelvis, and neck/jaw. This practice supports circulation, digestion, hormonal balance, and life-force energy. Unexpressed emotions such as fear, grief, anger, and sadness can cause ten in these areas, forming unconscious patterns that leave us feeling tense, disconnected, or unsafe. Mindful attention helps release trapped energy, soothe the nervous system, and restore vitality, flow, and connection to your body.

Lymphatic drainage- Gentle, rhythmic movements designed to support the body’s natural detoxification and circulation. Lymphatic drainage helps reduce stagnation, bloating, and inflammation, while supporting immunity, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation.

Yoga & Kundalini Breathwork – Movement and breath practices designed to awaken energy, restore balance, and soothe the nervous system.

Sound Rituals & Reflection – Soothing toning & mantra chanting, mindful reflection, and journaling to integrate your release, focus your intentions, and reconnect with your inner power.

Gong & Tibetan Bowl Sound Journey - A deeply restorative sound bath to integrate your release, expand your energy, and create a sense of spaciousness for new beginnings.

About Sarah

I offer 14 years experience , including massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, yoga teacher training (500+ hours), womb massage therapy, and holistic personal training. My approach is trauma-informed, nurturing, helping women reconnect with their bodies, soften tension, and restore balance.
