Join us in the energy of the full moon to connect to the heart through the medicine of cacao, somatic embodiment, meditation and sound.

I hold sacred space for you to soften, feel, listen & receive. Creating the silence needed to hear the unstruck sound of your own heart & the rememberance of your true internal radiance.

This ceremony is an opportunity to experience the full illumination of WHAT IS and WHAT IS NOT - and your ability to accept it ALL and empty into the void, aided by the energetics of the moon & the cosmos, the heart medicine of Mother IXCACAO, sound & noble silence.

On the 3rd March we will gather again to align ourselves energetically with the Blood Full Moon - Total Lunar Eclipse. A total lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth positions itself directly between the Sun and the Moon, overshadowing the Moon completely. It often takes on a reddish hue, earning it the moniker ‘blood moon’ owing to the red and orange light filtering through the Earth’s atmosphere.

An eclipse intensifies the energy of a full moon exponentially. With Moon in Virgo, she brings sharp focus, organisation and productivity to the otherwise, intoxicating, whimsical waters of Pisces season. Virgo asks us to listen to the body’s needs, this lunation is a review of our health/ wellness; our ability to prioritise groundedness over excess and our service in the world, particularly to OURSELVES.

This eclipse isn’t just an astronomical spectacle; it’s a cosmic alignment designed to trigger revelation, transformation and a powerful Karmic reset as we canter into the new lunar year.

A prime time for shadow work and cathartic emotional release.

We will first open our hearts with Cacao, followed by a grounding Kundalini Kriya and a meditation; Developing Self Rhythm. This mediation/ mantra helps to cross-relate the hemispheres of the brain to recover/ regulate & energise the body. Tantric whistling calms along with a blessing of the ‘inner self’.

We will conclude the evening immersed in sound as I take you on a journey with my voice alongside various instruments.
