This Valentine’s Day, you are invited to a nourishing morning of embodied connection, reflection and rest.
This event is for anyone who would like to mark Valentine’s Day in a more meaningful and intentional way - whether that is connecting more deeply with yourself, sharing the experience with a loved one, or simply choosing an alternative to the usual celebrations.
Through gentle movement, guided imagery, reflective writing and sound healing, we will create space to soften, listen and reconnect with what matters most.
The morning will include:
This space is open to all, come on your own as an act of self-love, or attend with a partner, friend, or family member.
No previous experience is needed; everything is guided and held with care.
