About
Leave feeling grounded, resourced in your body, with greater clarity, confidence and community connection.
Living From The Heart is an embodied workshop exploring ways to live in alignment — with ourselves, our values and each other.
We begin with a gentle Qi Gong practice, to support expanding awareness and connecting with the body as a place of grounding, listening and heart opening. Learning ways to regulate our nervous system whilst also deepening in connection to ourselves and our creative expression.
From this embodied state, we explore somatic voice and sound practices as tools for self-expression, emotional integration and conscious presence. This is a very tender part of the workshop, where participants often move through blockages relating to their singing voices, as we experience a vocal sonic spa, that flows into mantra and then song.
This supports us to use our voice as a pathway into self-awareness, self nourishment and growing confidence — to soothe, nourish and connect.
The workshop weaves together movement, singing, reflection, journalling and shared experience, cultivating a sense of connection and community.
Closing with a a Metta (Loving Kindness) focused sound mediation where I weave my voice with singing bowls to support rest, integration and nervous-system settling.
No experience of qi gong, singing or meditation needed
This workshop is for you if you’re curious about presence, somatic awareness, creative expression, and embodied connection.
