About

Friday Night Sound Healing: Unwind, Soften, Restore

As the week gently loosens its grip, you’re invited to step out of the noise and into a calm, held space.

A gentle place to land — to arrive exactly as you are, without effort or expectation. Through soft, nurturing sound, we’ll invite the nervous system to settle, the breath to deepen, and the body to slowly unravel from the pace of the week.

Let the vibrations of bowls, chimes, and voice wash over you, encouraging rest, release, and a sense of coming home to yourself. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, and no one to become — just time to soften, receive, and be supported.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, soothed, and gently restored, ready to move into your weekend with more ease and spaciousness.

These sessions are done on the carpeted floor, lying down, but there will be chairs provided for those that prefer to sit.

✨ A safe, welcoming space
✨ No experience needed
✨ Bring layers, a blanket, mat and pillow for your unfurling nest

Come as you are. Leave lighter.

Contraindications to be aware of, but do message me if you would like to ask any questions:

Sound Healing sessions are generally not advised for people in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, for people with heart conditions, and those with epilepsy. For those with metal plates, screws or pins in their body, it is still regarded safe to attend, as I don't place anything directly on the body, and my sound healing sessions are gentle (no gongs or drums). Some people, however, have reported feeling a slight buzzing or mild discomfort.

Some widely noted benefits of sound

-promotes healing on an emotional, physical and mental level

-lowers the brainwave states, which gives a feeling of deep rest and can aid in better sleep

-give relief to stress, emotional imbalance, anxiety, low mood

-relieve pain and tension in the body

-stimulates physiological immunity

-remove stuck energies that cause exhaustion. Sound reaches deep into the cellular level (where experience, memories, emotions get stored), to renew balance

-calm the body’s natural response system and hyper-arousal, giving an overworked nervous system a break

-lower blood pressure and cholesterol

-improve focus and mental clarity
