Group Energy Healing Session - Energetic Tune-up

What happens in the session?

As a certified VortexHealing® practitioner, I will channel divine energy through my spiritual heart, to channel healing for the participants. This energy goes deep into the energy system of each participant, and will work specifically on what each person needs. I guide the session through focus and intention, but the real transformation happens because of the intelligence of the Vortex energy I am channeling.

What do I need to do as a participant?

As a participant you don't need to do anything - simply relax and receive the healing. You may feel a lot of sensation, or you may feel nothing, in either case the energy will be working in the way it needs to.

What will the session do for me?

Each session has a different theme and will focus on creating healing for that topic. In general, receiving Vortex energy opens up areas of contraction and conditioning, releasing tension and creating more space in your energy system. Often people feel more relaxed afterwards, but sometimes emotions may arise in the process that need to be released, creating a different experience.

What is the focus of this session?

This session is focused on optimising your energy system, by working on the energy pathways, chakras and the energetic intelligence system. It is a great starting point for receiving energy work and will provide a solid foundation for your energy system, making it function more effectively, as well as being more receptive for future energy work.
